GTC'S

The following general conditions of participation apply to registration for the "Too Cool For School" event:

§1. General

• Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the price.

• Lunch is included in the ticket price. Drinks are not included in the ticket price. 

• The organizer Core Creative Change reserves the right to refuse participants at the start of the event.

 

§2 Payment

• The ticket fee is due upon booking.

• The prices stated on the ticket and on the website, which include VAT, apply.

 

§3 Media​

• A recording of sound and/or images with analogue or electronic devices of any kind is not permitted.

• The organizer will document the event in the form of images, film and sound. By purchasing a ticket you agree to this, as well as the publication of the material after the event.  

• A separate written approval is requested for individual interviews.

§4 Cancellation​​

• It is possible for the participant to cancel the ticket. However, the ticket price is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a replacement participant or other future Core Creative Change offers and events.  

 

§5 Cancellation by the organizer 

• Core Creative Change reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event at least 7 days before the date for organizational reasons (e.g. insufficient number of participants) or to cancel it at short notice due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters). to cancel. In this case, the participant has the right to a full refund of the ticket price or the ticket is valid for an alternative date. A refund must be made in writing within 14 days of July 20th or the ticket will be valid for an alternate date in a one year period. 

• The organizer is not liable for consequential and financial losses incurred by the participants as a result of the cancellation of the event (e.g. cancellation costs for travel and accommodation).

§ 6Liability

• The organizer is liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations for intent and any negligence. The amount of liability is limited to the amount of the participant price, liability for consequential and financial losses (e.g. lost profits) is excluded.

• Otherwise, the organizer is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. The amount of liability is limited to the amount of the order amount, liability for consequential and financial losses (e.g. lost profit) is excluded.

• The organizer is also not liable for disruptions of any kind caused by circumstances beyond his control. 

• Liability for damage that occurs when traveling to and from the venues, as well as for losses and accidents is  - to the extent permitted by law - excluded.

 

§ 7 Miscellaneous​

• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany

• Place of jurisdiction is Munich.

• Collateral agreements are invalid. 

•     Should individual provisions of this contract be ineffective or lose their effectiveness due to a circumstance that occurs later, the validity of the rest of the contract remains unaffected. In place of the invalid contractual provisions, a provision comes closest to what the contracting parties would have wanted if they had considered the point in question. The same applies to gaps in this contract.
